Surgical Case Reports and Images is an open access journal that covers surgical research, training and practice. The journal exclusively presents Case Series, Case Reports, Clinical Images, Letters to the Editor and short reviews on surgery and related subspecialties.

The scope of the journal includes but not limited to neurosurgery, cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, pediatric surgery, oncosurgery, renal surgery, liver surgery and transplant surgery.
